Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO- High Growth Sports and Fintech Business.

We are partnering with a founder-led, high-growth financial platform that supports professional footballers and athletes in managing and growing their wealth across their careers, providing tools for financial planning, investment, education and long-term financial security.
Headquartered in Mayfair, they are now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to both the Founder and CEO during an exciting stage of growth.
The Role
This is a senior, highly trusted EA role offering a blend of business and private support. You will act as a true right hand to both executives, bringing structure, pace and discretion to demanding and ever-changing schedules.
Responsibilities will include:
* Full diary and inbox management for the Founder and CEO
* Managing complex schedules across time zones, often involving athletes, agents, investors and partners
* Coordinating meetings, calls, travel and events (UK and international)
* Preparing briefs, presentations and key materials
* Acting as an effective gatekeeper, prioritising competing demands with sound judgement
* Supporting investor relations, partnerships and athlete engagement
* Providing a level of private / personal support, handled with absolute discretion
* Working closely with the wider leadership team to improve processes and operational efficiency
* Being a visible, trusted presence within the Mayfair office and wider team
The Successful Candidate
You will be a confident, credible EA with the gravitas to operate at founder and CEO level, and the professionalism to interact with high-profile individuals.
* Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leaders
* Background within financial services, fintech, private equity, investment or professional services
* Experience dealing with high-profile clients or UHNW individuals
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* High levels of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, founder-led business
* A calm, polished manner with the ability to push back diplomatically when required
