The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Transport Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!
Responsibilities:
* Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
* Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
* Arranging post and deliveries
* Updating computer records using a database
* Printing and photocopying
* Maintaining office systems
* Liaising with HGV drivers
* Liaising with staff in other departments
Working hours:
* 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate:
* £12.21 - £14.36 per hour dependent on the skills of the candidate
