We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Regional Construction team. Location : Glasgow Contract : Full Time, Permanent What will you be responsible for? As a Financial Business Partner, support and work with the regional Managing Director, Commercial Director and Regional Finance Director to deliver the Regional Business Plan as part of the wider Kier Construction strategy. Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Manage and develop the local Finance Team and engage with the Financial Shared Service Centre to deliver a first-class end-to-end finance service Oversee production of monthly management accounts, overhead cost reports, project End Life Forecasts, balance sheet and understand, report and mitigate key variances Drive the management of cash and working capital Management and preparation of cash flow forecasts, quarterly reviews, Group reporting packs and annual budgets Attend Contract Reviews meetings, audit Contract Reviews; ensure teams properly report contract performance in line with Group standards and Playbook Maintain balance sheet control and identify areas of risk and opportunity What are we looking for? We're looking for applicants with the following skills and attributes: Fully Qualified with at least 5 years post qualification experience Construction industry experience essential.
