Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + £400 monthly performance bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday with Saturday on a rota

Working in our modern Eastbourne workshop, you will receive mentorship from senior specialists while using dealer-level diagnostic equipment. While the focus is on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and SEAT, you will also handle a variety of other makes to keep your technical skills sharp and versatile.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs.
* Conduct vehicle health checks and prepare cars for MOT testing.
* Assist senior technicians with complex diagnostics to develop your troubleshooting skills.
* Perform road tests to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation for service records.
* Follow all workshop health and safety protocols.
About You
We are looking for a technician with 1 to 4 years of experience who is ready for a more professional, specialist environment.
* Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of workshop experience (post-qualification or final year of apprenticeship).
* Skills: Strong mechanical foundations and an interest in modern vehicle electronics.
* Attitude: Professional, reliable, and a genuine team player.
* License: Full UK driving licence preferred.
