Position:
We are excited to present an unmatched opportunity for an experienced architect/equivalent to join an industry leading science and technology team in London as part of their global multidisciplinary firm. With an increasing pipeline of projects spanning academic, life science, biopharma and R&D, you will be reporting to a principal director managing your design teams and deliverables to ensure projects are on time and budget. You will play a key role in engagement with client, stakeholder and user groups to define briefs and challenge design ideas, as well as authorities, specialist consultants and contractors through delivery to successful completion. This is a leadership role both internally, inspiring and nurturing teams as well as externally, promoting the business, networking and identifying new leads.
Candidate:
This is a role for a senior architect/equivalent and/or lab planner with significant experience of laboratory design guidelines and regulations, ideally on UK projects with international highly advantageous. Expert knowledge of necessary scope, workflows, space planning, safety and equipment required is essential ideally for different types of labs such as but not limited to wet and dry, BSL, teaching and clinical. This is a senior management role requiring strong leadership, business strategy and communication skills to flourish both personally and as part of their dynamic team.
