Role Description
The Program Director at DKH Projects Ltd will take a leadership role in overseeing and managing life sciences projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision and effectiveness. This individual will focus on delivery of highly complex construction and process projects to meet challenging business objectives.Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating program activities, managing stakeholders, assessing and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This is a full-time hybrid role based in North West England, with a mix of working on-site and remotely to accommodate flexible work arrangements.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Pharma program and project management, including planning, risk management, and coordination
Experience in strategic operations and aligning business processes with organisational goals
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
Analytical skills, including problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Familiarity with Life Sciences industry standards and practices
Versatility to navigate hybrid work environments and manage teams across remote and on-site settings
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Science, or a related field
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable
