Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing matters independently
* Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* Proficiency in legal software and Ms Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with conveyancing experience
* Member of the Law Society and hold a valid practicing certificate
* Additional accreditation in conveyancing or property law is desirable
