The Role
An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* General residential conveyancing matters
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally be:

* A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
* Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
* Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially minded
* Comfortable working within a full-time office-based environment
* Interested in networking and business development opportunities
