Restaurant and Bar Manager
We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and talented Restaurant and Bar Manager for a luxury country house hotel in North Wales. As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will form part of the hotels small management team of 4 serving the hotels guests across the restaurant and bar area.

The Person
The Restaurant and Bar Manager will have the following:
* Passion for world wine and spirits.
* experience in a rosette restaurant
* WSET level 2 ideally
* Passionate about offering a sincere customer experience.
* Experience as a sommelier in a similar fine dining environment.
* Resilient and hard working.
