The role:
* As Officers’ Mess Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring the Mess runs seamlessly and members always receive a first-class experience.
* Lead, motivate and manage your team to deliver outstanding service
* Organise and oversee formal functions, hospitality events, and official dinners
* Manage reception operations, cash handling, and company administration
* Act as a key point of contact for members, resolving queries professionally and promptly
* Maintain high standards of compliance, presentation, and service delivery.
What we’re looking for:
* UK resident for the past 3 years with the right to work in the UK (security clearance required)
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
* Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within hospitality
* Strong financial and budget management awareness
* Confident IT skills with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
