Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and assess engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.

Create a supportive and structured learning environment.

Work closely with support staff, therapists and external agencies.

Contribute to the development and implementation of EHCPs and behaviour support plans.

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

Use a range of strategies including visual, sensory or communication-focused approaches as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will
*
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Have experience working with pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD or SLCN).
*
Be patient, creative and resilient, with a genuine passion for inclusive education.
*
Have strong behaviour-management and communication skills.
*
Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
*
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
