Overview
Gigaclear is a growing fibre broadband company developing fibre‑to‑the‑premises infrastructure in the most remote UK areas. The B2B Major Account Manager role drives sales across rural England by securing and managing large property or landowner accounts and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Compensation
Field based. Base £40‑50 k, plus OTE commission of approx. £25 k per annum and £6 k car allowance.
Responsibilities
* Act as the dedicated named point of contact for a small portfolio of high‑net‑worth accounts, delivering a first‑class customer experience.
* Safeguard existing revenues while identifying and closing incremental new revenue opportunities.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of major accounts across rural England, including property owners, business parks and local councils.
* Collaborate with internal B2B sales teams to win new major accounts and close opportunities independently.
* Travel nationally to meet with business owners and stakeholders in the South West, South East and Yorkshire.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Target‑driven account manager with strong sales and customer‑service skills.
* Experience in B2B account management, ideally within telecom or related tech industry.
* Ability to build long‑term customer relationships and negotiate complex deals.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, autonomous work style.
