A higher education organisation are looking for an Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change, for an initial 12 months. The role is lead a newly created team and HR change initiatives. The role is based in London with hybrid working.\n\nClient Details\n\nHigher Education\n\nLondon Based\n\nDescription\n\nA Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change to:\n\n- Lead change related activity including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonisation, overall improvements and align with ER policies \n\n- Support managers with change proposals \n\n- Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE\n\n- Lead a newly created team \n\n- Identify opportunities to provide HR Change across the organisation and process improvements\n\n- Monitor and evaluate changes to the organisation, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risk\n\n- Present analysis and recommendations, using data\n\n- Develop and deliver the HR change management strategy, aligning to the overall organisation transformation activity\n\n- Oversee the consultation process and develop consultation plans\n\n- Review the current HR structure \n\n- Support managers with coaching their teams through change\n\n- Lead consultations with trade unions \n\n- Work with the wider HR Team, to ensure training is designed and delivered accordingly\n\nProfile\n\nA Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change with:\n\n- Higher education or public sector experience essential\n\n- Previous experience leading change programs \n\n- Previous experience line managing teams\n\nJob Offer\n\nInterim Head of HR Transformation & Change\n\n12 months initially\n\nUp to £74,000 dependent on experience\n\nLondon based with hybrid working
