Primary teachers do a variety of important and varied roles in elementary schools, including supporting other teachers and assisting in meeting each student's unique requirements in a range of learning and development areas. Role of a Teacher: Teachers getting the classroom ready and set up for instruction. In order to create an environment that is favorable for teaching and learning, they assist in setting up the tools, resources, and learning materials required for specific activities. Teacher works with small groups of students or individual students who need additional help or guidance. They provide targeted support to reinforce learning objectives, assist with tasks, and help students develop specific skills in subjects like literacy, numeracy, and science. Teachers can help in recording student progress and delivering exams. They support teachers by gathering information, keeping tabs on student progress, and offering comments on tasks and projects. This helps in the evaluation process and informs lesson design. Teachers may assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, educational outings, and enrichment programs. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working as a Teacher within an educational setting. Evidence of any additional qualifications, certifications, or postgraduate studies relevant to English teaching, such as a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Evidence of completion of safeguarding training, such as a certificate or confirmation from a training provider. This demonstrates your understanding of child protection policies and procedures. Hold relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field.
