* Strong commercial brain – can look at a contract and immediately spot risks, opportunities, and where profit is leaking
* Excellent analytical & forecasting skills (Excel mastery is essential; experience with commercial software is expected)
* Superior organisational skills – must be able to chair meetings, drive actions, and keep multiple projects on track
* Confident communicator who can translate complex commercial issues for operations teams and Directors
* Proactive problem-solver who spots issues early and proposes solutions

* Strategic thinker who sees the bigger business picture, not just project-level numbers
This role suits an experienced, confident, commercially sharp QS who is ready to step into a genuine leadership position where they are the commercial authority for the region. They drive profit, manage risk, and act as the bridge between operations and senior leadership.
Looking for someone currently working as a Senior QS with some leadership experience, an experienced Managing QS or Commercial Manager with strong NEC/JCT experience.
