About PSS Care Group
Caring for and supporting young people to create opportunities for future success.
Our company ethos is to provide a safe environment in which children and young people can learn life skills and behaviour whilst providing a safe, resilient, caring, and homely environment.
We promote and encourage company growth and aim to provide our employees with internal progression and an excellent career path.
Our Residential Children’s home supports Children and Young People aged 8-18 years with Challenging and Emotional Behavioural difficulties of mixed gender.
Our homes follow the Head, Heart, and Hands framework from social pedagogy. Within this approach we have added our own spin to make it even more focused. Our approach focuses on creating a supportive environment where young people can thrive.
At PSS Care Group, we focus on building positive relationships, promoting emotional wellbeing, and encouraging healthy behavioural development. We believe that with the right support, every child can overcome challenges and build a brighter future.
What sets our Glemsford home apart is the harmony between its peaceful surroundings and the uplifting atmosphere inside. Set within a quiet village, the home offers young people a rare chance to step back from the chaos and noise of everyday life, giving them space to breathe, reflect, and begin to heal from trauma.
We believe the environment around us shapes how we feel. That’s why we’ve created a home that feels safe, nurturing and full of potential. A space where young people can feel grounded, inspired, and truly seen.
