CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our facilities management clients team at a high-profile commercial managed services site in central Birmingham.

Package:
* Competitive salary up to £47,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of M&E engineers in the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
2. Oversee mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, plumbing, and plant operations across the commercial facility
3. Act as the point of contact for client liaison, reporting and technical support
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and statutory regulations
