As a Vehicle Health Check Sales Advisor, you will be joining a well-established and successful aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the results of vehicle health checks to customers, identifying upsell opportunities for repair and maintenance work, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

An average day as a Vehicle Health Check Sales Advisor…
13. Call customers to advise and recommend required items for vehicle
14. Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
15. Confidently manage objections
16. Comply with GDPR
17. Learning how to maximise sales opportunities by recognising, processing and following up sales prospects with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
18. Learning how to contribute towards business sales objectives by achieving your individual sales expectations – The sky’s the limit!
