We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
* Organising and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of information
* Performing data entry tasks accurately using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
* Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
* Handling basic bookkeeping duties and expense tracking using accounting software
* Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
* Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
* Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as needed
