Technical Data Scientist
£50,000-£68,500 per annum
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in Burton-on-Trent office
Looking for a hands-on Technical Data Scientist to lead the data science roadmap and deliver high-impact, AI-driven solutions across the business. You'll design, deploy, and optimise predictive models, ML decision engines, and automation frameworks that deliver real commercial value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the data science strategy aligned to business goals
* Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models and decision engines
* Implement MLOps best practices for robust, production-ready solutions
* Champion ethical and responsible AI across all initiatives
* Translate complex models into clear insights for stakeholders
* Collaborate across teams to embed data science into core business processes
