* Manage stock, supplier contracts, building maintenance, PAT testing, and insurances

* Support HR functions, including contracts, holidays, pensions, recruitment, and onboarding
* Coordinate staff training, inductions, and assist with planning social events
* Liaise with professional bodies and charities supported by the firm
* Manage file archiving (both on- and off-site) and general administration

The Person:
* 2-3 years' experience in an Office Manager role, ideally within legal or professional services
* Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
