Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop operational support plans for key scenarios (e.g., promotions, holidays, severe weather), defining objectives, resource requirements, and operational strategies, and produce detailed project checklists.
2. Coordinate resources within and across departments, facilitate consensus, and drive efficient collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of operational plans.
3. Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of site production plans based on volume forecasts and early warnings, and provide optimization recommendations.
4. Monitor abnormal fluctuations in operational timeliness, analyze root causes, develop improvement plans, track implementation results, and continuously optimize on-time performance based on actual operations.
5. Participate in day and night shift rotations to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 2+ years in operations assurance, planning, scheduling, or a related role.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Proficient in data analysis methods, familiar with sorting processes and related systems.
4. Practical experience in planning and scheduling.

3. 基于货量预测及预警信息,评估场地生产计划的合理性与可行性,提出优化建议。
4. 监控运营时效异常波动,分析根因并制定改善计划,跟踪落地执行效果,结合业务实际持续优化时效达成水平。
5. 参与白班与夜班轮值机制,保障运营全天候稳定运行。
工作要求:
1. 5年以上物流或供应链行业经验,2年以上运营保障、计划调度或相关岗位经验;
2. 本科及以上学历;
3. 熟练掌握数据分析方法,熟悉分拣流程及相关系统操作,具有计划与调度实践经验。
