We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and culinary skills.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production processes efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
Skills
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Good understanding of Indian restaurant food and with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
* Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage positively with staff and customers alike.
* Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous.
