Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a fast paced Central London based business in a hybrid capacity. This position plays a pivotal role in understanding how the business grows, where profit is created, and how strategic choices impact the bottom line. You will be a key voice in shaping direction across the organisationtranslating data into actionable insight, guiding commercial decisions, and supporting long-term planning. You will Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have experience in FP&A or a commercially focused finance role. What Youll Be Doing Partner with leaders across the business to bring visibility to performance and influence both immediate priorities and longer-term strategy. Work hands-on with sizeable data sets, modelling and refining commercial data using BI tools and advanced spreadsheet techniques. Build a strong grasp of how different revenue streams operate and what drives them. Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning processes. Create monthly reporting packs, breaking down variances and surfacing key insights for senior stakeholders. Develop robust financial models to support new initiatives, product developments and investment decisions. Run detailed analytical reviews to uncover patterns, shifts and the underlying story behind performance. Collaborate with teams to design relevant KPIs and help steer the actions needed to improve outcomes.
