Your Role:
We seek a Business Analyst to join our Operations team, focusing on creating customer-facing and agent solutions within a regulatory environment. You will support process design, system development, and stakeholder collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Product Owner and Delivery Head in process and system design for Marcus Operations
* Engage with internal clients and application development teams across Treasury, Product, and Technology
* Define requirements, document acceptance criteria, and validate test scripts with Development and Testing teams
* Document business procedures considering stakeholder inputs and operational efficiency
* Collaborate with Marcus Delivery to identify pain points and suggest improvements
* Create wireframes, mock-ups, process maps, and flows to support user and customer solutions
* Identify process improvements and contribute to the agent product roadmap
* Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and FCC teams
* Follow up on issues, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed
* Work with Customer Support and Training teams to ensure understanding and quality of new functionalities
* Act as Deputy Product Owner when required
Requirements:
* Approximately 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product and operational design
* Deep understanding of Business Analysis, preferably in Retail Banking
* Knowledge of management, regulatory policies, and legal requirements
* Experience delivering large-scale programs with regulatory impacts
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive, and able to work independently and in teams
* Strong communication and delivery skills in a regulated environment
* Experience working directly with regulators
