We are seeking a Bid Co-Ordinator/Writer to join our Preconstruction team in the North West, helping deliver engaging and high-quality submissions across a variety of Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects.

What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and produce client-focused, well-structured submissions including PQQs, cost plans, tenders, and presentations.
* Work closely with the Preconstruction team to ensure submissions are well-researched, compelling, and meet deadlines.
* Collate technical input, develop written responses, and manage the overall bid process from start to finish.
* Maintain and develop company templates, project case studies, and a library of high-quality content.
* Ensure submissions are consistent with brand standards and tailored to client requirements.
* Support the creation of marketing materials such as capability statements and CVs.
* Visit project sites to gather content and update internal databases.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience coordinating and writing bids or proposals.
* Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a good eye for detail.
* Familiarity with bid portals and document production.
* Excellent IT skills - proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe InDesign.
* Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.

* Organised, methodical, and proactive with strong time management.
* Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Ideally educated to degree level.
