Sales Administrator – Worksop
We are recruiting on behalf of our busy client for an organised and motivated individual to join their team as an Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a key and varied role, providing support to the e-commerce team across a wide range of responsibilities, including sales, competitive analysis, customer service, and website management.
Main duties
• Business Development – identify new products and opportunities to drive business growth and increase sales
• Conducting competitor analysis and dynamic product pricing
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and existing products
• Maintaining supplier accounts
• Website content management and image editing
• Support daily operations on Amazon and EBay sales channels
• Responding to B2B and B2C enquiries via email and telephone
• Prepare and manage workflow for the dispatch team
• Provide efficient resolutions to customer complaints
• Maintain and update the sales order system and excel reports
• Assist other departments during peak periods or as needed
About the role
• Working Hours: 8:30am–4pm Monday to Friday
• X1 30 minute Lunch break (35 hours per week)
• Permanent position
• Salary to be confirmed based on experience
• Onsite parking available
About the candidate
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
• Organised and a good multi-tasker
• Familiar with online shopping
• Happy to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Good communication and timekeeping
