Summary
We are seeking a passionate and preferably experienced Manager to join our team at Subway. A minimum of 12 months experience of working in Subway is needed to apply. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently after 18 years trading at this site.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and product standards.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining food safety standards.
* Cash handling and banking
* Implement weekly staff rota's
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Implement effective marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings.
* Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
* Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
