Responsibilities
1. Act as lead consultant on end-to-end Salesforce projects, from discovery to go-live
2. Facilitate client workshops to understand business processes and gather requirements
3. Create detailed solution designs and deliver proof of concepts where needed
4. Configure Salesforce orgs (and guide configuration teams) across a range of clouds
5. Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
6. Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure quality delivery
7. Advise on Salesforce roadmaps, integrations, and long-term platform strategy
8. Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimations and proposals
💡 What We're Looking For
9. Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform capabilities and limitations
10. Experience across multiple industries, preferably including education or public sector
11. Strongmunication skills - able to build trust and influence at all levels
12. Ability to translate technicalplexity into simple, actionable plans
13. Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations and AppExchange apps
14. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, Slack
15. Agile / iterative delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)
