Account Manager
Duties:
* Taking client briefs and managing through to delivery
* Managing multiple timescales
* Liaising with suppliers
* Working with internal teams
* Processing orders
* Pre-empting and managing potential issues
* Updating clients
* Demonstrable development of existing customer relationships
* Excellent computer skills to manage data using Excel and other programs
* Ability to manage marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution, across multiple countries
* Experience working on complex accounts
* Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution
