About Our Client

Job Description
3. Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
4. Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to address billing queries.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on outstanding debts.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
10. Communicate effectively with clients to arrange payment terms where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
15. Clear and professional communication skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
