Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary basis in and around the Staffordshire area.
Responsibilities of the Groundworker:
* Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
* Carry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering
* Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes
* Cutback and prune trees and shrubs
* Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues
* Arrange materials for site
* Utilise a PDA
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Essential Experience of the Groundworker:
* Basic DBS
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience of working in a similar role ideally within social housing.
