We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who will work to the Outpatients and Associated Services Management Team providing a comprehensive business and administrative service.
You will have an excellent track record in co-ordinating meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and fully supporting those meetings. You will have a solid background in diary management. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. A working knowledge of DATIX would also be desirable.
