Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Coordinator role
* Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms
* Prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices
* Maintain an organised records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details
* Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions
* Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports
About You
Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services is advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
