SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted - Ipswich, Suffolk Are you passionate about making a real difference in childrens lives? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: · Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH needs. · Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. · Help create a positive, supportive learning environment tailored to individual pupils. · Monitor progress and help implement individual education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCo and teaching staff. We Are Looking For Someone Who: · Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs. · Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable in their approach. · Has good communication and teamwork skills. · Experience in an educational or care setting is desirable but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
