BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ACCOUNTS MANAGER This is aSenior commercial role responsible for growing key client accounts and developing new business through relationship-led sales, field-based engagement, and close collaboration with directors and operational teams primarily in the Lettings and Residential Property Management sector The Business Development & Accounts Manager will own and grow client relationships, protect and increase revenue, and act as a senior commercial representative of the business. The position operates at a high level within the residential property sector, working with established and recognised property brands and is particularly applicable to the lettings and property management sector, so candidates with previous experience in this industry will be considered preferentially. It is a field-led, relationship-driven position with clear accountability for account growth, retention and new business development, supported by close collaboration with internal teams. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Own and grow key client accounts, protecting revenue and driving account expansion Develop new business in targeted geographic areas through field-based, relationship-led sales Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers Identify risks and opportunities across accounts to improve retention and growth Act as the commercial voice of the client internally, ensuring service expectations are met Support smooth onboarding of new clients and long-term relationship development Promote technology, integrations and additional services to support client growth Maintain an accurate new business pipeline and provide regular commercial reporting Work closely with directors and internal teams to deliver regional and account growth What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience within property or a similar B2B service sector Strong background in relationship-led sales and key account management Comfortable in a client-facing, field-based role Commercially minded, organised and self-motivated Confident engaging with senior decision makers Able to work independently while collaborating with operational teams What's In It For You?
