As a Support Worker, you will visit several individuals in their homes during each shift, assisting with a wide range of daily tasks, including:
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Catheter care
Companionship and emotional support
You'll play a vital role in helping people maintain their independence, health, and well-being.
Shift Pattern
Our full-time support worker rota follows a two-week repeating pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm & 4:00pm-10:00pm (split shift) - 40 hours
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am-2:00pm & 4:00pm-10:00pm (split shift) - 30 hours
If you do not live in the East Ayrshire area, you must be a driver to be considered for this position due to travel requirements.
