The Role As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre‑prepared lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 & 4 Managing behaviour in line with school expectations to maintain a purposeful learning environment Supporting students across a variety of subjects Creating a calm, positive atmosphere that supports progress and engagement Providing additional support to students with special educational needs or additional learning needs Acting as a role model and motivating students throughout the school day This role is ideal preparation for teacher training or future long‑term roles within education.
