We are looking for Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors, with 4 years PQE+ to join our consultancy.
Responsibilities
Join as a fee-earning consultant on a consultancy/fee-sharing basis. Attend to conveyancing matters for clients in residential or commercial property, in private and/or public sectors as applicable. Manage client relationships, work volume, and fees in line with agreed terms. Access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms as needed, with a dedicated liaison team and technical support for operations, legal issues, and training.
Qualifications
* 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property
* Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
* Ability to work on a consultancy/fee-sharing basis
* Available for remote or flexible office-based work
* May be eligible to join as a fee-earning consultant with less than 4 years experience — contact us for details
