Job Summary: As an Opportunity Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Professional Services Team, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services. Working directly with clients and the client experience team, to manage a pipeline of new professional opportunities and craft tailored technical solutions. In collaboration with the Project Management and Onboarding Teams, you’ll consult with both new and existing financial services clients, guiding them through technical engagements that support their business needs. You’ll bring a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills. Meeting deadlines is crucial, as is fostering relationships internally and with clients to encourage future projects and maintain a steady revenue stream from opportunities. You’ll be evaluated on proposal submissions, client satisfaction, and the conversion rate of new opportunities. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Professional Services Lifecycle Management: Oversee new professional services opportunities from initial proposal through to sign-off. Oversee the delivery of some smaller work if required, such as consultancy engagements. Pipeline & Client Request Management: Respond to client and the Client Experience teams requests for project work and proactively manage a steady workflow for the team. Solution Design & Implementation: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure technical solutions are effectively designed and see them through to sign off. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive project proposals detailing objectives, approach, scope and deliverables for client review. Revenue Management: Maintain work pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to financial goals. Resource Allocation: Ensure projects are efficiently distributed among Project Managers to balance team productivity. Proactive Project Development: Continuously develop the professional services portfolio, improving and expanding client offerings. Project Planning: Skilled in project planning. Vendor & Third-Party Management: Strong ability to manage external partners and oversee delegated work. Client Interaction: Competent in creating proposals and discussing with clients. Reporting: Competent in information gathering and data analysis with experience providing internal reports. Proactive, results-driven individual with a commitment to continuous improvement. Must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must excel at building relationships and producing quality documentation.
