Regional Director – Nursing & Care Homes (Essex, London & Kent) Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £85,000 per annum + bonus Additional: Car allowance Portfolio: 5 nursing and care homes (approx. 355 beds) About the Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Director to join a well-established care provider operating across Essex, London and Kent. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the operational, quality, and financial performance of five nursing and care homes. You will provide visible, credible leadership to Home Managers, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality care, while driving performance and continuous improvement across the region. Working closely with central support functions and senior stakeholders, the Regional Director will play a key role in strengthening governance, embedding best practice, and supporting services through change.
