Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of UK practice experience, confident working in Revit, and eager to contribute to complex, design-led residential schemes.

£30,000 – £34,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)
Duties:
Assist project teams in developing design and technical information in Revit
Support with the preparation of concept design presentations and planning packages
Contribute to design development and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–4
Prepare visuals, diagrams and reports to support planning and client submissions
Collaborate closely with senior architects, technologists and consultants on live projects
Participate in internal design reviews and help maintain high drawing and BIM standards
Requirements:
Masters Qualified and RIBA Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
Minimum 1 year of UK practice experience
Strong Revit skills (essential)
Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects (preferred)
Solid understanding of UK planning and building regulation processes
Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality, sustainable design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
