Location: The Springfields -Academy (North Site), Curzon Street, Caine, SN11 ODS
FTE Salary Range: Grade I, Pt 18-20 £33,366-£35,235
Actual Salary Range: £29,692 - £31,356 Pro Rata
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, Term Time Only
Contract Hours: up to 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday
About the role:
In this vital role, you'll work across the school, leading impactful interventions designed to support the well-being, engagement and personal development of our pupils. You'll be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with colleagues to provision plan and ensure every child receives tailored support. Working with families will be a key aspect of your role, building strong partnerships to create a cohesive support network for our pupils. You'll also join our growing team of Team Teach Trainers, empowering staff with essential skills support emotional regulation positively. We're looking for someone who is:

School Background:
The Springfields Academy is an academy based in Calne. We aspire to build safe independent lives for autistic young people through support, understanding and enablement. Additionally, we hold the National Autistic Society Advanced specialist award and are recognised as an Ofsted good school. We are an acknowledged centre of excellence for Autism; we are highly reflective in our practices, and are continually working to improve our provision and practices. We provide a personalised curriculum journey that enables our autistic learners to develop skills in areas of need and to overcome their barriers to learning. The drive to build ‘safe independent lives’ shapes this curriculum and everything else that we do. The Academy has a PAN of 250.
Trust Background:
Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
