Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer – SW London
Coverage: Vauxhall, Richmond, Twickenham
Salary: £43,000 – £48,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well‑established building services company, delivering first‑class maintenance across premium commercial office spaces in Vauxhall, Richmond, Twickenham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
* Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
* Maintain up‑to‑date service records via a PDA‑based maintenance system.
* Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site‑specific protocols.
* Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
Candidate Requirements:
* City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
* Mechanical bias, with basic electrical knowledge.
* Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
