About The Role Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service. Managing service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed at every stage. Coordinating with the workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations. Advising customers on service and maintenance plans. The role involves proactively promoting service offers, following up with customers, and encouraging repeat Aftersales business through a consistently professional approach. Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail. The role will involve face to face and over the phone interactions with customers and colleagues. What Were Looking For Previous two years experience in a customer facing, or administrative role. A customer service champion with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
