Job Title: Lift Modernisation Sales Manager
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Base)
OTE: £110,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Modernisation & Full Replacement Sales Manager to join a leading lift engineering company in the UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lift modernisation and full replacement sales, an understanding of design and construction processes, and the ability to lead and collaborate across sales, engineering, and design teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead sales for modernisation and full replacement of lifts in existing buildings.
* Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support and mentor Sales, Engineering, and Design teams.
* Facilitate project design coordination and oversee the tender process.
* Identify client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in lift modernisation & full replacement sales.
* Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex sales cycles.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams.
