We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to lead our team at Newhaven Wharf. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our products and services. About Your Role Oversee the delivery, processing, and movement of raw materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site, managing repairs and preventative maintenance. Take full responsibility for site performance, driving safety, production, and financial targets. Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage contractors and external support as required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. We're Looking For A strong, hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills. Experience in managing operational sites—aggregates background preferred. Knowledge of plant maintenance and proactive planning to minimise downtime. A proven track record of delivering results safely and efficiently. Someone who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in running a high-performing site.
