THE ROLE
As a Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of improving lives by supporting the prescription and delivery of advanced seating and mobility solutions. Your role will involve conducting clinical assessments, recommending suitable equipment, and working closely with allied health professionals to ensure optimal clinical and functional outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of individuals with complex disabilities to determine their mobility and assistive technology needs. Provide expert advice, recommendation, education and support to clinicians, clients andtheir families

Equipment Scripting and Fitting: Prescribe and fit complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment that aligns with clinical and functional requirements. Provide product trials and training where necessary.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospital, aged care, and community sectors to expand our customer base and market presence.

Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Managing the sales lifecycle from assessment through quote to closure of the sale.

Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest advancements in complex disability mobility and assistive technology equipment, providing expertise and guidance to healthcare professionals and clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical assessments, equipment prescriptions, and client interactions in line with the proper compliance and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Worked with KPI's, autonomous and know how to operate in a sales role.

Working exposure with Assistive Technology, we encourage clinical backgrounds like OT's or Physio's that have interest in moving into sales.

Demonstrated ability to drive new business development and manage client accounts.

Current Valid Australian Driver’s License required.

Current National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working with Children Check(or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check(or willingness to obtain)

SALARY AND BENEFITS

$90K - $110K for a Base Salary
