Are you a natural leader with a passion for nightlife, cocktails, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We're looking for a Duty Manager to join our KONG Glasgow at our vibrant late-night cocktail bar and nightclub.
As Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our venue's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly during day and late-night service. You'll lead the team, support senior management, and help deliver an exciting, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily and nightly operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
* Manage and motivate staff on shift, leading by example on the floor.
* Handle opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and stock control.
* Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and security standards.
* Support training and development of team members.
* Deal with customer queries and incidents professionally and efficiently.
About You:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for cocktails, nightlife, and delivering outstanding service.
* Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
