The Role: Sales Manager
This is more than just a sales role; it's an opportunity to shape a better future for the clothing industry while delivering exceptional value to our customers. You'll be instrumental in developing our sales strategy, driving revenue, and building a high-performing brand ambassador sales team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets within the UK & EU markets
* Recruiting, training, and managing a team of brand ambassador sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on strategic partnerships and key accounts.
* Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
* Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues.
* Representing TriDri at industry events and trade shows.
* Collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with a passion for fashion, sports, fitness, and sustainability.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in B2B sales management, within the sports/athleisure industry
* Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
* Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team, ideally involving brand ambassadors or similar models.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Knowledgeable about sustainability within the clothing industry and eager to promote innovation that aligns with our planet-friendly values.
* A visionary opportunist with a knack for spotting and converting sales opportunities.
* Based in or willing to spend time in the North West UK.
* Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Desirable:
* Existing network within the UK sports, fitness, or apparel sector.
